Beekart Vendor Agreement

This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Beekart (the platform operator of beekart.in) and you (the “Vendor”). By ticking “I agree” during registration, or by continuing to list products after approval, you accept these terms.

Version 1.0 · Effective for new vendor applications.

1. Role of the platform

Beekart operates an online marketplace. Approved vendors may upload product information and offer goods for sale to shoppers. Beekart may display, promote, fulfil or not fulfil orders according to its operating model, and may change catalogue presentation at any time.

2. Application, contract and approval

1. Submitting a vendor account is an application, not an automatic right to sell.
2. You must read and accept this Agreement before products can be hosted.
3. The Beekart management team reviews each application. Products go live on beekart.in only after approval.
4. Beekart may approve, defer or reject an application, or later suspend a vendor, without giving a reason beyond what it chooses to share.

3. Your products and listings

1. You may upload only products you are legally entitled to sell in India.
2. Descriptions, images, ingredients, FSSAI / statutory marks, MRP, GST, HSN and stock must be accurate and kept up to date.
3. You will not list prohibited, counterfeit, unsafe, misleading or infringing goods.
4. Beekart may edit, hide or remove any listing that does not meet quality, legal or marketplace standards.

4. Taxes, invoices and records

You are responsible for GST registration (where required), tax invoices, packing, and any licences for your goods. You will provide a valid GSTIN when you claim input tax or business supply treatment.

5. Fees

Beekart may charge listing, fulfilment, payment or commission fees. Current commercial terms will be communicated to approved vendors and may be updated with notice.

6. Orders, fulfilment and returns

You will honour confirmed orders, keep promised stock available, and cooperate on replacements or refunds required by law or by Beekart buyer-protection policy.

7. Intellectual property and data

You grant Beekart a non-exclusive licence to use your brand name, product images and descriptions to operate and promote the marketplace. Shopper data obtained through the platform may be used only to fulfil orders and support, not for unrelated marketing without permission.

8. Liability

You indemnify Beekart against claims arising from your products, listings, packaging, or failure to comply with law. The platform is provided as available; Beekart is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Suspension and termination

Beekart may suspend listings or the vendor account for breach, quality issues, non-payment, or operational reasons. You may stop selling by written request; outstanding orders must still be honoured.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights of shoppers.
